Movies & TV:
In theaters today, a movie that we are, sadly, not excited about: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. We love TMNT, just not feeling this movie.
A new trailer for The Flash came out this week. This is one of the shows I am looking forward to this Fall season!
Comics:
DC Comics has revealed the theme for their next monthly group of variant covers. To recognize the fall release of LEGO® Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, select DC titles on sale in November will feature LEGO-themed covers. Keep an eye out for those!
Gaming:
If you’re one of many people who canceled your World of Warcraft subscription, there will be a few reasons to renew it this Fall; Blizzard announced plans for their WoW 10th Anniversary, I’m most excited for “Tarren Mill vs. Southshore: The Rematch”, a team death match style battle ground! More awesomeness will include the fact that Molten Core will get a boost! If you’re an in game collector of pets, like me, you might also be excited for the Molten Corgi.
Recently Blizzard worked with the guys from “American Choppers”, for a webseries called Azeroth Choppers, where they created real life bikes, one Alliance themed, and one Horde themed. The Horde bike won in a completion, and will become an in-game mount. If you log into your account before September 30, 2014 you will be guaranteed to get that bike! They also decided to make the Alliance bike available, you will be able to buy it in-game for gold.
Blizzard also announced that next week they will reveal the cinematic trailer, and street date, for the Warlords of Draenor expansion.
