Indy Pop Con – New Pop Culture Convention in 2014

We love conventions, especially when they combine everything we enjoy all in one place. So we’re pretty excited for Indy Pop Con.

A new popular culture and comic convention, Indy PopCon, is being held at the Indiana Convention Center on May 30 – June 1, 2014. Indy PopCon is inviting fans from all over the country to come enjoy the world of comic books, cartoon art, video games, television and movie entertainment, science fiction and internet culture.
PopCon, founded by a group of Indianapolis natives, is hosting nearly 100,000 square feet of celebrities, panels, workshops, and vendors in the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis Ind. The group has over 50 years of combined convention and show experience and anticipates an attendance topping 10,000.
Many of their guests names might sound familiar to you, Esmé Bianco (Game of Thrones), Raychul Moore (Cosplayer and YouTube / Twitch.tv Host), Dave Dorman (Fantasy & Sci-fi Illustrator and Artist, Star Wars, etc), and there’s more. Check their site to see who else will be there.
Indy Pop Con is still working on signing more guests, and planning out other events, including a cosplay contest, and more. We’re looking forward to future announcements from them.
Ticket prices: $45 for a 3 day pass (no hidden fees), Friday & Sunday passes are $20, and Saturday is $25, VIP passes are $100. Use our link to purchase your tickets!
