Heroes of the Storm (Technical Alpha)
A few months ago we managed to get into the Heroes of the Storm alpha. We’re huge fans of Blizzard, so needless to say this made us very happy.
In Heroes of the Storm you can choose various Heroes to play as, all from the Blizzard Universe. World of Warcraft
They have the Heroes on weekly rotations, so you can try out different ones. Using gold, which you can earn in game, or real life cash, you can buy the Heroes that you like best. I bought, and love playing, my Demon Hunter. Ken seems to enjoy playing as Arthas.
There are three modes you can play; Practice, where you play with, and against the AI. Co-Operative, play alongside other players, against AI. Versus, play alongside, and against other players.
Even though this is a technical alpha, it looks seriously polished. So far I haven’t encountered any unusual glitches, maybe I’m just lucky. Overall, we are having a lot of fun with Heroes of the Storm, we just wish more of our friends were playing it.
