Gaming Night: IncrediBrawl
A chaotic, casual card game!
We recently went to a meetup where some local game developers were demoing their games, one of those games was IncrediBrawl
IncrediBrawl is a fast-paced, action/battle card game that pits you against up to 3 other players, as you answer the age old question, “Who would win in a fight?”. The game builds on a basic Rock-Paper-Scissors mechanic, but with added twists and surprises that can pop up in combat. This gives the game some subtle strategy, so it’s not a simple luck of the draw.
While there is some strategy, there’s still a lot of luck involved, which to me makes for a fun game. Gameplay can be unpredictable and chaotic, though easy to keep track of who’s doing what. It’s also very quick, you can break this game out and play through in 30 minutes.
