Game Night: Drinking Fluxx
The Drinking Game With Ever Changing Rules
Our favorite card game, Fluxx, turned 21 on July 24th, and to celebrate Fully Baked Ideas launched Drinking Fluxx!
Drinking Fluxx is for 2-6 players, ages 21+.
Set up: Place basic rules card in the center of the table. Shuffle the deck and deal three cards to each player. Place the remainder of the deck face down next to the basic rules card to form the draw pile.
The basic rules of Fluxx are simple, draw 1 then play one. Then the game starts changing based on what is played. New rule cards will change up the basic rules. When you play a keeper it will be placed in front of you, creeper cards may come into play could possibly prevent you winning. Goal cards show specific keepers that you need to win, but may change often as the game goes on. Action cards are used once and discarded. Actions can sometimes cause major choas, and other times have no real effect at all.
We do tend to partake in alcohol on our game nights, so Drinking Fluxx was a welcome edition for us. I also loved the fact the cards are “Spill-proof”, because I am a klutz and have spilled drinks on a few games. But you don’t need to drink alcohol to play, you can have any drink of your choice. Please drink responsibly, have a designated driver, or call for a Lyft.
If you are looking for a fun, easy to learn, drinking game for game night, then look no further. You NEED to get Drinking Fluxx.
